My best friend's mom made these when we were kids. They are the best cookies I have ever eaten, and I have yet to screw up a batch! Warning: you may be tempted to eat the entire recipe!!

Ingredients

1 cup butter
1 ½ cups white sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
⅔ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
¾ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
2 cups peanut butter chips

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
In a medium bowl, cream together the butter and sugar. Stir in the eggs and vanilla. Combine the flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt, stir into the creamed mixture. Finally, fold in the peanut butter chips. Drop cookies by heaping teaspoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheets.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, until set. Cool on wire racks.

These are not P.B. cookies with choc. chips, or chocolate cookies with P.B. chips. These are the original Reese's P.B. chip cookies that they used to print on the back of the bag. They don't print this recipe anymore, but it has been my favorite since childhood. They are a traditional cookie with P.B. chips...Delicious! A great alternative to choc. chip cookies for those who don't like chocolate or want something different.

Ingredients

3/4 cup butter or 1 cup shortening
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
2 cups unsifted flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
reese's peanut butter chips (amount of your preference)

Steps:

Cream butter (or shortening), sugars, and vanilla until light and fluffy.
Add eggs and beat well.
Combine flour and baking soda.
Add to batter and mix well.
Stir in chips.
Place by teaspoon fulls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 350°F for 10-12 minutes.

1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ double chocolate chunk cookie mix
Oil, water and egg called for on cookie mix pouch
3/4 cup (from 14-oz can) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup (from 8-oz package) Reese's minis peanut butter cups, coarsely chopped
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup Reese's peanut butter chips
1/2 cup cocktail peanuts, chopped

Steps:

Heat oven to 350°F. Spray bottom and sides of 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray.
In large bowl, mix cookie mix, oil, water and egg with spoon until soft dough forms. Press dough in bottom of pan. Bake 15 minutes.
In small bowl, mix condensed milk and peanut butter. Pour evenly over baked crust, carefully spreading to edges. Sprinkle chopped peanut butter cups, chocolate chips, peanut butter chips and peanuts evenly over top. Bake 18 to 22 minutes or until bubbling along edges. Cool completely on cooling rack, about 1 hour. Cut into 6 rows by 4 rows.

Using a mixer, beat the butter, brown sugar, and sugar together until light and fluffy on medium. Add in vanilla and peanut butter. Mix until combined. Add in eggs and mix. Scrape bowl to make sure it is all mixed together.
Add in dry ingredients and mix on low until combined. Add in mini chocolate chips and chopped mini Reese's. I cut each Reese's into thirds. Cover and chill for 2 1/2 hours.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line two large cookie sheets with parchment paper. Use a 3 oz cookie scoop (large ice cream scoop) to scoop dough. Place 6 cookies per cookie sheet. Place the rest of the dough back in the fridge until you need it for the next batch.
