RED WHITE AND BLUE DUMP CAKE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350.
• Spray the bottom of a 9x13 cake pan or baking dish with cooking spray
• Spoon the blueberry pie filling into the bottom of the baking dish.
• Sprinkle the box of dry cake mix over the blueberry topping.
• Place cold butter pieces evenly on top of cake mix.
• Bake for 40-45 minutes, until golden brown.
• Remove from oven, allow to cool for 5 minutes, then serve with a scoop of strawberry ice cream.

Steps:

• Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
• Dump the strawberry pie filling into a 9x12-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with blueberries. Pour cake mix on top of blueberries. Drizzle melted butter on top.
• Bake in the preheated oven until the top is a light golden brown, about 45 minutes. Serve warm.

Steps:

• Prepare cake according to package directions and bake in a 9x13 inch pan. Cool completely.
• Frost cake with whipped topping. Place blueberries in a square in the corner, and arrange sliced strawberries as stripes to make an American flag. Chill until serving.

Steps:

• In medium bowl, beat cream cheese, yogurt and sugar with electric mixer on medium speed about 30 seconds or until smooth.
• Just before serving, place 1 watermelon round on serving platter; top with one-third of the cream cheese mixture. Place half of the berries on top of cream cheese. Gently place second watermelon round over berries. Repeat layers of cream cheese mixture, berries (saving a few for the top) and watermelon round. Spread remaining cream cheese mixture on top, and garnish with remaining berries.

Steps:

• In a large bowl, whip cream until stiff peaks form. Fold the mascarpone gently into the whipped cream, until well incorporated. Set aside.
• Place half of the strawberries into the blender pitcher. Blend until smooth. Mix the remaining whole berries with the pureed strawberries in a large bowl.
• Layer 1/3 of the angel food cake cubes in the bottom of a trifle or serving dish. Cover with 1/3 of the strawberries and blueberries and gently spoon 1/3 of the cream mixture over the fruit. Repeat the layers twice, ending with the cream mixture. Chill until ready to serve.
• When ready to serve, run a vegetable peeler over the edge of the dark chocolate bar, letting the curls fall onto the top of the dessert.
