RASPBERRY MOJITO RECIPE BY TASTY
Here's what you need: lime, raspberries, sugar, fresh mints, white rum, club soda

Steps:
- Throw the lime wedges, raspberries, mint, and sugar into a glass and then, using a muddler or wooden spoon, press down on the ingredients to mush them all together and get all of the juice out of the lime wedges.
- Add ice and pour in rum (you can just eyeball the amount, if you don't have something handy to measure) and then top the glass off with club soda.
- If you want it a little more or less sweet, you can always add slightly more or slightly less sugar. It's also delicious with less rum, or no rum at all.
- Stir well and top with fresh mint.
- Enjoy!

- Place 6 mint leaves in a tall glass.
- Crush mint leaves with a muddler, or with the back of a spoon.
- Add sugar, tart cherry juice, lime juice, white rum and ice.
- Mix well.
- Finish drink with soda water and remaining mint leaves.
- Stir to combine and serve.

- In a large cast iron skillet over medium heat, cook ham until lightly browned, 3-4 minutes on each side. Remove and save for another use. Add coffee to pan drippings, stirring to loosen browned bits from pan. Simmer until reduced by about half.
