RASPBERRY BANANA WHITE CHOCOLATE PUDDING PIE
Can you say YUMMY with a full mouth? I make this with whatever berry is in season and it always comes out a crowd pleaser! You can also change the pudding too, but do try it this way first. You will not regret it nor will your guests or family--if they get any that is. I tweaked this recipe from an old Borden Recipe Book I used to have.

Steps:
- Line a pie plate, both on bottom and up sides with vanilla wafers. Place a layer of bananas on top of wafers lining the bottom of pie plate and follow with raspberries; set aside.
- In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy; gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. On low speed, beat in water and pudding mix until smooth. Chill 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, stiffly whip your whipping cream and fold into chilled batter. Pour into prepared pie plate. Chill until firm. Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers.

For Valentine's Day, tint whipped topping pink to cover Sue Brown's creamy dessert. Follow the Hanover, Indiana cook's lead and sprinkle the pie with a crushed Heath candy bar, or garnish each slice with an Oreo cookie for a fast finishing touch.

- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, confectioners' sugar and 1/4 cup whipped topping until smooth. Spread over crust. , In a small bowl, beat milk and pudding mix on low speed for 2 minutes (mixture will be thick). Pour over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm., Tint remaining whipped topping pink with red food coloring. Spread over pie just before serving. Refrigerate leftovers.

- On a lightly floured surface, roll dough to a 1/8-in.-thick circle; transfer to a 9-in. pie plate. Trim to 1/2 in. beyond rim of plate; flute edge. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 425°., Line crust with a double thickness of foil. Fill with pie weights, dried beans or uncooked rice. Bake on a lower oven rack until edge is golden brown, 20-25 minutes. Remove foil and weights; bake until bottom is golden brown, 3-6 minutes longer. Cool on a wire rack., In a large saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch. Stir in raspberries; bring to a boil over medium heat. Boil and stir for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat; cool for 15 minutes. Spread into crust; refrigerate. , In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until fluffy. Fold in whipped cream. Carefully spread over raspberry layer. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. , In a microwave, melt chocolate and butter; stir until smooth. Cool for 4-5 minutes. Pour over filling. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours. Store in the refrigerator.
