1/4 cup KRAFT Lite CATALINA Dressing
1 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
2 cups each sliced carrots, bok choy and red peppers
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) fat-free reduced-sodium beef broth
1 tsp. each ground ginger and garlic powder
2 cups hot cooked angel hair pasta

Steps:

  • Heat dressing in large skillet on medium heat. Add meat and carrots; cook and stir 5 to 7 min. or until meat is done.
  • Add bok choy, peppers, broth and seasonings; mix well. Bring just to boil, stirring occasionally.
  • Serve over pasta.

3 ounces dried soba noodles
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon mirin (Japanese sweet wine)
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ green bell pepper, chopped
¼ onion, sliced
½ cup fresh green beans, trimmed and cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
1 cup baby spinach leaves

Steps:

  • Fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring to a rolling boil. Drop in soba noodles and return to a boil. Cook uncovered, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 7 minutes. Drain.
  • Meanwhile, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, and mirin in a small bowl. Set aside.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add bell pepper, onion, and green beans and saute until softened but still crisp, 2 to 3 minutes. Add soba noodles and toss with the cooked vegetables. Mix in soy sauce mixture and cook for an additional 1 to 2 minutes. Add baby spinach and cook until desired doneness, 2 to 3 minutes. Serve in a bowl.

2 teaspoons green onion, white part only, thinly sliced
2 ½ cups water
2 (3 ounce) packages ramen noodles (such as Nissin® Top Ramen®)
1 (12 ounce) package frozen Asian vegetable medley
3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
½ teaspoon Chinese five-spice powder
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
2 tablespoons green onions, green parts only, thinly sliced
2 teaspoons sesame seeds

Steps:

  • Cook ground beef and white part of green onions in a large skillet over medium-high heat until meat is no longer pink and onions are soft and translucent, about 5 minutes. Remove from pan, drain, and set aside.
  • Add water, ramen noodles, and frozen vegetables to the same skillet. Bring to a boil and cook until noodles are tender, 3 to 5 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, combine hoisin sauce, soy sauce, Sriracha sauce, brown sugar, cilantro, Chinese five-spice, and ginger in a small bowl; stir until sauce is well combined.
  • Return meat to the skillet, add sauce, and and stir until heated through, about 2 minutes. Serve topped with green onions and sesame seeds.

1/4 cup kraft Catalina dressing (Light is ok)
1 lb boneless beef top sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
2 cups sliced carrots
2 cups sliced bok choy
2 cups sliced red peppers
2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans beef broth (low sodium is ok)
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon garlic powder

Steps:

  • Cook pasta as directed on package while pasta cooks, in a large skillet add dressing and meat and carrots Cook 5-7 min.
  • or until meat is cooked through. Add veggies stir in seasoning and cook just till heated.
  • Add broth and simmer till heated through.

1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans low sodium beef broth
3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
3 tablespoons sake or 3 tablespoons dry sherry
1 tablespoon honey
3 cups sliced shiitake mushroom caps
1/2 cup thinly sliced carrot
8 ounces top round beef, thinly sliced
3/4 cup diagonally cur green onion
1 (6 ounce) bag prewashed Baby Spinach

Steps:

  • Cook noodles per package directions; drain.
  • Add garlic, pepper, and broth to a large saucepan; bring to a boil.
  • Lower heat, and simmer 10 minutes.
  • Combine soy sauce, sake, and honey in a small bowl; stir with a whisk.
  • Heat a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over med-high heat.
  • Add in mushrooms and carrots, stir/saute 2 minutes.
  • Stir in soy sauce mixture; cook 2 minutes stirring constantly.
  • Add vegetable mixture to broth mixture; stir in beef.
  • Cook 2 minutes or until beef loses its pink color.
  • Stir in noodles, green onions, and spinach.
  • Serve immediately.
