- Combine the first 8 ingredients. Transfer to a greased 3-qt. slow cooker., Cook, covered, on low until a thermometer reads 160°, 6-7 hours. If desired, serve with whipped cream or ice cream.

Stir in pumpkin, sugar and pie spice; cook and stir until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat. Stir in liqueur, vodka and cream., Pour into twelve 2-oz. shot glasses; refrigerate until set. Top with sweetened whipped cream.
