- Stir Sauce Mix, boiling water, half-and-half, margarine and red pepper with whisk in 2-quart casserole. Stir in Potatoes and green beans.

- Place potatoes in a large saucepan; cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and cook for 10-15 minutes or until tender. Drain. , In a large bowl, mash the potatoes. Add the cream cheese, butter and cream; beat until blended. Stir in the green pepper, onions, pimientos, salt and pepper. Stir in 1/3 cup cheddar cheese and 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese. , Transfer to a greased 11x7-in. baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheeses. I'm a pastor's wife, and I often find myself cooking for large groups. I first put together Potato Onion Supreme for a wedding shower dinner when our organist's son got married. Afterward, I had three requests for the recipe! This dish is fast and easy, so it's nice for adding a festive touch to a Sunday dinner. But it's equally at home at church potlucks or Grange socials.

- Cook potatoes; peel and slice 1/4 in. thick. Set aside. Place onions, water and bouillon in a saucepan; bring to a boil, then simmer 5-7 minutes or until onions are tender. Drain and set aside. - Peel, cool and grate coarsely.

- Peel and mash sweet potatoes and butter with a hand held mixer or stationary mixer until smooth.
- In a separate small bowl, mix together eggs, salt, vanilla, cinnamon, sugar and heavy cream until blended well.
- Slowly add to potato mixture, stirring constantly until completely blended.
- Place in a greased, baking dish-- I used a souffle dish.
- In a small food processor, process together the topping ingredients until crumbly.
- Sprinkle over the sweet potato mixture.
- Preheat oven to 350 and bake about 30 minutes, until topping is crisp and lightly browned.
