This BLT Pasta salad is made with spinach and cheese tortellini! Great for cook outs. You will wow everybody!!! Also great sauteed together and served warm.

Number Of Ingredients 11

Ingredients

12-14 ounce(s) tortellini, cheese& spinach stuffed cooked
8 slice(s) bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup(s) miracle whip or creamy italian dressing
2 tablespoon(s) sour cream
1/3 cup(s) chili sauce
1/4 cup(s) lemon juice
2 teaspoon(s) adoba seasoning
2 teaspoon(s) sugar
1 large tomatoes, seeded and diced
1/4 cup(s) green onions, sliced
6 cup(s) baby spinach

Steps:

In large bowl, combine mayonnaise, chili sauce, lemon juice, spices and sugar; stir in tortellini, tomato and onions. Cover; chill.
Just before serving, stir in spinach and bacon. Refrigerate leftovers.

1 (8 ounce) package cheese tortellini
2 cups fully cooked chicken breasts
1 cup grape tomatoes, sliced lengthwise
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
3 slices cooked bacon, chopped
3/4 cup ranch salad dressing
1/4 cup Italian salad dressing
lettuce leaf (optional)

Steps:

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
In large bowl, stir together cooked pasta and remaining ingredients.
Serve immediately on lettuce leaves.
