POMEGRANATE AND LIME SPRITZER

Steps:

• In a large pitcher, combine juice, sparkling water, and fresh lime juice.
• Add honey and stir well.
• Slice the remaining 1 1/2 limes into slices. Reserve a few lime slices for garnish.
• Add lime slices & several sprigs of fresh mint to pitcher. Stir one more time.
• Refrigerate until ready to serve.
• Serve over ice. Garnish with lime slices, pomegranate seeds and/or fresh mint.

POMEGRANATE MOLASSES GINGER SPRITZER

Steps:

• Add the pomegranate molasses, tequila, orange liqueur and lime juice to a cocktail shaker and shake until combined. Pour into a rocks glass over crushed ice. Add the ginger ale, drop in a lime slice and serve.

POMEGRANATE GINGER SPRITZER

Steps:

• Place ginger and lime slices in a pitcher; stir in pomegranate and orange juices. Refrigerate overnight. , Just before serving, strain and discard ginger and lime. Stir club soda into juice mixture. Garnish as desired.

POMEGRANATE LIME SPRITZERS

Steps:

• Mix vodka and sugar, in the serving glass, stirring well until the sugar is mostly dissolved. Alternatively, you could use a shaker for larger quantities.
• Add pomegranate juice and squeeze in your lime. Then add tonic water and stir.
• Drop in ice cubes and sprinkle with pomegranate seeds, garnish with a lime wedge and serve.
