Make your pizza night tropical with a Hawaiian pizza that's topped with tomato sauce, shredded mozzarella cheese, sliced ham, and pineapple.

1 (10- to 12-ounce) ball pizza dough ( homemade or store-bought)
1/2 cup pizza sauce ( homemade or store-bought)
1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded, part-skim or whole milk)
1/4 pound cooked ham (sliced)
1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned and well-drained)

Steps:

  • Gather the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 500 F.
  • On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to about a 12-inch round. You can also stretch it using your hands. Note that it does not need to be a perfect circle, but aim for an even thickness.
  • Move the dough to the baking sheet and spread the pizza sauce evenly across the top of the dough. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce, then layer on the sliced ham and pineapple chunks.
  • Reduce the oven temperature to 475 F and bake for approximately 13 to 14 minutes. The dough should be cooked through, and the cheese fully melted.

1 large Boboli pizza crust
1 (5 ounce) envelope pizza sauce (Boboli)
1 (8 ounce) can pineapple tidbits, drained
1/2 cup ham, diced
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 450*.
  • Spread sauce on pizza crust. Top with cheese, pineapple and ham.
  • Bake 8-10 minutes or until crust is crisp and cheese is melted.

2 cups chopped cooked chicken (I use rotisserie chicken)
1 cup thinly sliced green onion
1/2 cup sweet and sour sauce
1 large prebaked pizza crust (Boboli)
1 -2 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
1/2 cup chopped Canadian bacon
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice, drained

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 450° and position rack in the the center of the oven.
  • In a mixing bowl, stir the chicken, onion, and sweet-and-sour sauce together.
  • Spread the mixture over the pizza crust, leaving a 1/2-inch border.
  • Sprinkle cheese over all.
  • Top with the Canadian bacon and sprinkle on the pineapple.
  • Bake for about 12-14 minutes or until cheese melts and just begins to color.
  • Cut into wedges and serve.

1/2 cup marinara sauce
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
1 medium sweet yellow or red pepper, chopped
1 cup cubed fresh pineapple
1/2 cup chopped fully cooked ham
1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425°. Place crust on a baking sheet. Mix marinara and barbecue sauces; spread over crust., Top with remaining ingredients. Bake until crust is browned and cheeses are melted, 10-15 minutes.
