Steps:
- Heat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, oil and eggs. Stir well with a spoon or spatula.
- Shape dough into individual balls. Place onto baking sheet and flatten them out with the bottom of a flour dipped glass.
- Bake for 6-8 minutes or until edges are golden.
- Completely cool the cookies before frosting them. Decorate with frosting and mini m&m's or mini Chocolate Chips.

MOIST DEVILS FOOD CAKE
Mama use to make this cake all the time! It's my go to chocolate cake IF I do not have to take it out of the pan.....it's just to moist to even consider that! This is not a light cake, it's easy, usually have all the ingredients in the house (with a buttermilk substitution) and RICH. Wonderful with homemade ice-cream.

Steps:
- Mix Sugar, Flour, Coco together.
- Mix Eggs, Oil and Water together. Add to Dry Ingredients.
- Mix soda, buttermilk and vanilla together and add to mixture.
- Pour into a a 9X13 pan. I always grease and flour, but not really sure if this step is even necessary, you would never want to take this cake out of the pan. I can't imagine it ever sticking.
- 350 oven for 60 minutes.
- * I never have buttermilk in the house, so I use Recipe #124413. I also use Kittencal's #89207.

- In large bowl, beat brown sugar and butter with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended, scraping bowl occasionally. Beat in vanilla and eggs. Beat in melted chocolate until blended, scraping bowl occasionally. Alternately add flour mixture and water, beating well and scraping bowl after each addition. Pour batter evenly into pans.
- Bake 8-inch pans 28 to 38 minutes (9-inch pans 25 to 35 minutes) or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pans 10 minutes. Remove from pans; place on wire racks. Cool completely, about 1 hour. Fill and frost as desired.
