Pick Me Up Mocha Coffee Mix Recipes
PICK ME UP MOCHA COFFEE MIX
This is a wonderful blend to have on hand. I found plenty recipes for Mocha drinks, but some were to sugary, some too much chocolate (too much? I know) and some were good, but really needed a little spice in them. These spices really give that warm feeling too it.

Steps:
- Press the coffee through a fine sieve or a fine strainer if you do not have a sieve to remove any unwanted objects particles and make sure coffee is somewhat uniform. Combine all ingredients and store in an airtight container for personal use, or you can place in jars as gifts. Makes 3 1/2 cups. Serves 14
- For use: Place 1/4 cup mix into a mug. Add 3/4 cup boiling water and stir until mix has dissolved. Top with whipped cream and a dash of cinnamon, nutmeg or shaved chocolate. Try a dash of cayenne pepper for something new. I have not tried this yet, but some love it.
- Directions to include on a label or tag: Place 1/4 cup Mocha Coffee mix in a mug. Add 3/4 cup boiling water and stir until dissolved. Garnish with whipped cream if desired.

- In a blender or food processor, combine the creamer, sugar, coffee granules and cocoa. Cover and process until fine. Transfer to an airtight container. Store in a cool, dry place for up to 1 year. Yield: 8 servings (2 cups total)., To prepare mocha coffee: Place 1/4 cup mix in a mug; add boiling water and stir until dissolved.

CAFE MOCHA DRINK MIX
I have a co-worker that is addicted to those hot cafe mocha drinks...So for Christmas, last year, I decided to make them their own 'instant' mix...I even bought a 60 oz 'coffee-themed' container (that came with it's own TBSP measure) for them to store it in! A few TBSP of the 'mix' and some hot water and voila! Cafe Mocha!
