2 tsp. butter, softened
2 slices bread
2 slices KRAFT Slim Cut Mozzarella Cheese Slice
2 Tbsp. CLASSICO Traditional Pizza Sauce
6 slices OSCAR MAYER Pepperoni

Steps:

  • Heat skillet on medium
  • Butter one side of each slice of bread and place on skillet butter side down
  • Top one slice of bread with one tablespoon of pizza sauce, then add 2 cheese slices, pepperoni, and the second tablespoon of pizza sauce
  • Place the other slice of bread on top and heat until the bottom slice is lightly browned
  • Flip and heat until the other slice is also lightly browned
  • Serve warm and enjoy

6 tablespoons butter, softened, divided
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
3 tablespoons finely shredded Manchego or Parmesan cheese
1/8 teaspoon onion powder
8 slices sourdough bread
4 ounces Brie cheese, rind removed and sliced
1/2 cup shredded sharp white cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 cup shredded Gruyere cheese
24 slices slices pepperoni

Steps:

  • Spread 3 tablespoons butter on 1 side of each slice of bread. Place bread, butter side down, in a large cast-iron skillet or electric griddle over medium-low heat until golden brown, 2-3 minutes; remove. In a small bowl, combine cheddar, Monterey Jack and Gruyere. In another bowl, mix together remaining 3 tablespoons butter, mayonnaise, Manchego cheese and onion powder., To assemble sandwiches, top toasted side of 4 bread slices with pepperoni; add sliced Brie. Sprinkle cheddar cheese mixture evenly over Brie. Top with remaining bread slices, toasted side facing inward. Spread the butter-mayonnaise mixture on the outsides of each sandwich. Place in same skillet and cook until golden brown and cheese is melted, 5-6 minutes on each side. Serve immediately.

1 (5 ounce) package Hormel® Pepperoni Minis
12 slices white or wheat sandwich bread
8 slices American cheese
1/4 cup butter, softened

Steps:

  • Divide pepperoni evenly among 4 slices bread; top each with 1/2 cup cheese. Top with remaining 4 slices bread.
  • Heat griddle or large skillet over medium heat.
  • Meanwhile, top each of 4 slices bread with 1 slice cheese. Top each with another slice each bread and cheese and remaining slice bread. Butter top and bottom of each sandwich.
  • On griddle, cook each sandwich until golden brown on both sides and cheese is melted. Cut each sandwich into 2 triangles.

8 slices Italian bread (or bread of choice)
28 pepperoni slices
1/2 cup marinara sauce
8 slices fresh mozzarella
2 tomatoes (sliced)
1/2 cup fresh shredded Parmesan cheese
3 Tablespoons garlic butter (or plain butter works as well)

Steps:

  • Lay out 2 slices of bread.
  • Place 7 pepperonis on one slice of bread.
  • Top pepperoni with 2 Tablespoons marinara sauce.
  • Lay 2 fresh mozzarella slices over sauce, then place 2 tomato slices on mozzarella.
  • Sprinkle 2 Tablespoons Parmesan cheese over everything, then top with other slice of bread.
  • Spread garlic butter (or if you don't have garlic butter, regular unsalted butter will work great) on one side of the sandwich and place that side down on the preheated griddle.
  • Then butter the slice on top so it will brown when you flip it over.
  • Grill until golden brown on both sides and the cheese is melted (about 2-4 minutes per side).
  • Repeat all the steps for the other 3 sandwiches.
  • Serve with a side of marinara sauce for dipping.
