PEANUT BUTTER POPCORN FUDGE

Steps:

• 1. 1. Line and grease an 8×8-inch baking pan. 2. Place all of the vanilla frosting and peanut butter into a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 1 minute and stir together until completely combined. Fold in 2 cups of popped popcorn.
• 2. 3. Scrape the entire mixture into the prepared pan. Crumble up the remaining 1/4 cup popcorn and sprinkle it on top. Refrigerate for 2 hours, or until firm. Cut into 16 pieces.

EASIEST PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE

Steps:

• Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar and milk. Bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla. Pour over confectioners' sugar in a large mixing bowl. Beat until smooth; pour into an 8x8 inch dish. Chill until firm and cut into squares.

• In small pan melt together corn syrup and sugar.
• Add peanut butter and melt.
• Be careful not to boil mixture too much, the peanut butter will start to burn.

Steps:

• Pour popcorn into a large bowl. In a glass or plastic bowl, combine the margarine, brown sugar, and marshmallows. Cook at 1 minute intervals in the microwave, stirring between each time, until the mixture is melted and smooth. Stir in the peanut butter until well blended. Pour the melted mixture over the popcorn, and stir quickly to coat the corn before it cools.

Steps:

• Heat oven to 350°F. Grease bottom of 13x9-inch pan with shortening or cooking spray. In medium bowl, stir brownie mix, water, oil and eggs until well blended. Spread in pan.
• In small microwavable bowl, microwave peanut butter uncovered on High 30 seconds; stir. Drop 20 spoonfuls of peanut butter in 5x4 rows over brownie batter. For marbled design, pull knife through batter and filling about 1 inch apart; turn pan and repeat.
• Bake 26 to 28 minutes or until toothpick inserted 2 inches from side of pan comes out clean. To cut warm brownies easily, use a plastic knife and short sawing motions. Store tightly covered.
