GLAZED PEANUT BUTTER BARS

- In a large bowl, cream the butter, peanut butter and sugars until light and fluffy, about 4 minutes. Beat in the eggs, water and vanilla. Combine the flour, oats, baking soda and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well. , Spread into a greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Bake at 325° for 18-22 minutes or until lightly browned. , For glaze, in a microwave, melt chips and peanut butter; stir until smooth. Pour over warm bars; spread evenly. Cool completely on a wire rack before cutting.

Remove foil; cut into squares. Store between layers of waxed paper in an airtight container.

I found this recipe a long time ago in the Taste of Home magazine. The recipe was very easy and the results were perfect for an up-scaled brownie. My friends at work loved them and so did I. :)

- Preheat oven to 350°. Grease two 13x9-in. baking pans., In a large bowl, cream butter, sugar and peanut butter until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
