2 cups dark rum
1 1/2 cups freshly squeezed lime juice
2/3 cup sugar syrup (see note)

Steps:

Combine the rum, lime juice and syrup. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice and fill two-thirds full with the cocktail mixture. Shake for 30 seconds and pour into frosted martini glasses. Serve ice cold.

3 medium peaches, peeled and sliced
3/4 cup thawed frozen limeade concentrate
1/4 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
1/2 cup rum, optional
Grenadine syrup, optional

Steps:

Place the ice, peaches, limeade concentrate, orange juice, confectioners' sugar and, if desired, rum in a blender; cover and process for 30 seconds or until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses; add grenadine, if desired. Serve immediately.

Combine the peach, rum, peach liqueur, lime juice, and simple syrup in a blender with 2 cups of ice.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into to chilled cocktail glasses.
Garnish each with a lime wheel.
