Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375F. Spray a 9-inch pie dish (I used a glass Pyrex) with cooking spray.
- Using a spatula or butter knife, evenly spread the cream cheese over the base of pie dish. It'll slide around a bit and it doesn't have to be perfect, but it's so much easier if your cream cheese is very well-softened.
- Evenly sprinkle 3/4 cup mozzarella over cream cheese.
- Evenly sprinkle 1/2 cup parmesan.
- Evenly add the pizza sauce to cover cheese and if necessary, gently spread it with a spatula or knife to evenly disperse.
- Evenly sprinkle 3/4 cup mozzarella over sauce.
- Evenly sprinkle 1/2 cup parmesan.
- Evenly top with pepperoni slices.
- Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes (I baked 23 minutes), or until cheese has melted and dip is done to your liking. Allow dip to cool momentarily before serving.

Steps:
- Brown the ground beef. Drain the fat. And set it aside.
- Over medium to low heat, render the fat out of the chopped pepperoni. Drain the fat and set this aside.
- Place the pepperoni and beef back in the skillet over low heat. Add the seasonings and marinara sauce. Stir to combine. Cut up the Velveeta into small cubes and add to the mixture.
- Stir until all is melted and combined.
- I like to then put this into a small (1 quart) size Crock Pot and keep it on low to serve. Serve with crackers, Scoops or whatever you like.

Steps:
- Tip the soft cheese into a bowl and beat with a whisk to loosen. Whisk in parmesan and half the mozzarella, then season. Oil a 15-18cm round baking dish. Spread the soft cheese mixture over the base, then pour over the pizza sauce or passata and spread out so it fully covers the soft cheese. Sprinkle over the rest of the mozzarella. Arrange the pepperoni on top, if using, and drizzle with a little olive oil. Can be made up to two days ahead, covered and chilled until ready to cook.
- Heat the oven to 200C/180C fan/ gas 6. Bake the dip for 25-30 mins, or until bubbling and golden. Meanwhile, cook the garlic bread following pack instructions, if using. Leave the dip to cool slightly, then serve with the garlic bread, crostini or breadsticks for dipping.
