BARBECUE PARCHMENT-BAKED CHICKEN RECIPE BY TASTY
Here's what you need: parchment paper, chicken breast, small potato, onion, BBQ sauce, olive oil, salt, pepper

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Fold the parchment paper in half, then open up.
- Quarter the potatoes and thinly slice the onion.
- On one half, lay down the cut potatoes, drizzle on oil and sprinkle on salt & pepper.
- Lay the chicken on the potatoes, season with salt and pepper and spread on the barbecue sauce. Top with sliced onions.
- Fold the parchment paper over the chicken, and cinch the paper together by folding it over itself along the edges.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until internal temperature of chicken reaches 165˚F (75˚C).

- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Line a baking pan with heavy-duty foil to make cleanup easier.
- Prepare chicken breasts by cutting off the rib meat if you wish and rinse and pat dry. Leave the skin on. Season chicken with salt and pepper and put in the pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven until juices start to appear, about 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Remove the pan and generously pour 1/2 of the barbecue sauce over chicken. Continue to bake for 20 minutes. Repeat with remaining barbecue sauce and cook until no longer pink in the centers and skin is crispy, 15 to 20 minutes more.

- Heat oven to 400ºF.
- Toss potatoes with dressing in 13x9-inch nonstick pan; sprinkle with 1/2 tsp. chili powder. Bake 25 min.
- Stir potatoes; push to sides of pan. Place chicken in single layer in center of pan; sprinkle with remaining chili powder. Drizzle with barbecue sauce.
- Bake 20 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF) and potatoes are tender. Transfer chicken to platter. Stir potatoes to evenly coat with pan drippings. Spoon around chicken on platter; top with Parmesan.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
- Mix the potato chunks in a bowl with half the olive oil, half the parsley, and a generous amount of salt and pepper.
- Toss to coat well, then spread over the bottom of a large roasting pan large enough to hold all the potatoes in one layer.
- In the same bowl, mix the chicken parts with the remaining oil and parsley and more salt and pepper, again stirring to coat well.
- Arrange the chicken over the top of the potatoes, skin side down.
- Place in the oven and bake for 30 minutes, remove chicken pieces to a plate, stir the potatoes, and replace the chicken pieces, skin side up.
- Return to oven for an additional 30 minutes.
- The chicken is done when crisp and brown and the potatoes should be roasted to a fine golden color.
