1 (15.5 ounce) package OREO Cookies, divided
⅓ cup butter or margarine, melted
3 (8 ounce) packages PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
¾ cup sugar
1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 eggs

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Crush 28 cookies finely; coarsely chop remaining cookies. Mix crushed cookies with butter; press onto bottom and 2 inches up side of 9-inch springform pan.
  • Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add sour cream and vanilla; mix well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Stir in chopped cookies. Pour into crust.
  • Bake 55 min. to 1 hour or until center is almost set. Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim. Refrigerate 4 hours.

These Oreo Cheesecake Cookies are the ultimate Oreo lover's cookie. With only six ingredients, you can make the best 'cookies & cream' cookies ever!

1 (8 oz) package of Challenge Cream Cheese, room temperature
½ cup salted Challenge Butter, room temperature
¾ cup granulated sugar
½ tsp vanilla
1 cup all purpose flour
15 Oreo Cookies, coarsely crushed

Steps:

  • In the bowl of your stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment mix the cream cheese and butter together on medium speed for 1 minute until smooth.
  • Add in the sugar and vanilla and mix for one more minute on medium until combined. Slowly add the flour and mix until just incorporated.
  • Finally turn the mixer to low and add in the crushed cookies, mixing until evenly combined.
  • Cover the dough and chill for at least an hour.
  • When you're ready to bake preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and using a medium (2 tablespoon) sized cookie scoop drop the cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
  • Bake the cookies for 10 minutes until the edges are lightly golden.
  • Allow the cookies to cool for 2-3 minutes on the baking sheet and then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups all-purpose flour
3 cups Oreo cookie crumbs, divided

Steps:

  • 1.Preheat oven to 375.
  • 2.Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, I highly recommend using parchment paper when baking these cookies.
  • 3.In the bowl of a stand mixer with a paddle attachment cream together butter and cream cheese until well combined.
  • 4.Add in sugar and vanilla and mix well.
  • 5.Add in flour one cup at a time, with the mixer on low, until it is just combined.
  • 6.Stir in 1 cup of Oreo crumbles into the cookie mix.
  • 7.Pour remaining Oreo crumbles into a bowl.
  • 8.Roll cookie dough into 1.5" balls then roll into the cookie crumbles, making sure to coat each ball thoroughly (this will help hold the cookie together as it cooks).
  • 9.Place cookies 1-2" apart on baking sheet.
  • 10.Bake on center rack for 14-15 minutes or until the bottom just starts to brown.
  • 11.Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before removing to a rack to cool completely.

½ cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
3 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
½ cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place crumbled cookies in a small bowl.
  • Beat butter and cream cheese in a mixing bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth and creamy. Add sugar and vanilla and mix until well-combined. Add flour and mix on low speed until incorporated. Stir in chocolate chips.

24 OREO Cookies, divided
3 tablespoons butter, melted
3 (250 g) packages PHILADELPHIA Brick Cream Cheese, softened
¾ cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 eggs

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Place 16 of the cookies in resealable plastic bag. Flatten bag to remove excess air, then seal bag. Finely crush cookies by rolling a rolling pin across the bag. Place in bowl. Add butter; mix well. Press firmly onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
  • Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating just until blended after each addition. Chop or crush remaining 8 cookies. Gently stir half of the chopped cookies into cream cheese batter. Pour over prepared crust; sprinkle with the remaining chopped cookies.

Who can turn down cheesecake with oreo cookies? I get nothing but raves when I make this cheesecake. This is the exact recipe from the Cheesecake Factory, as I got it from a copycat recipe website.

1 1/2 cups Oreo cookie crumbs (about 18 to 23 cookies finely chopped)
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 1/2 lbs cream, cheese-24 ounces (3 blocks of cream cheese)
1 cup sugar
5 large eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
8 ounces sour cream
5 Oreo cookies (coarsely chopped for the batter)
7 -9 coarsely chopped Oreo cookies, for the top of cheese cake

Steps:

  • Mix melted butter with Oreo crumbs and press in the bottom of a greased 9 inch springform pan. Cover bottom and 1/2-1 inch up the sides with crumbs. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  • All ingredients need to be at room temperature before beginning.
  • Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy.
  • Keep mixer on a low setting during the mixing and beating process.
  • Add sugar gradually and continue beating cream cheese until mixed through.
  • Add eggs one at a time and continue to beat until blended.
  • Stir vanilla, salt and flour into cream cheese and egg mixture.
  • Add the sour cream.
  • Turn off the mixer and gently stir in the 5 coarsely chopped Oreo cookies with a spoon.
  • Pour mixture into springform pan; top with the 7-9 remaining coarsely chopped cookies.
  • Place pan on top rack and in the middle of a preheated oven at 325 degrees and bake for 60- 75 minutes or until it jiggles slightly in the middle when the pan is gently shaken.
  • Turn off the oven, prop the door open several inches and let the cheese cake stay in the oven for one hour.
  • Cool on wire rack.
  • When cool, refrigerate for 24 hours.
