HARVEY WALLBANGER CAKE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour one 10 inch tube pan.
• Combine cake mix and pudding mix in a large bowl. Blend in eggs, vegetable oil, 4 ounces Galliano, 1 ounce vodka, and 4 ounces orange juice. Mix batter until smooth and thick and pour into prepared pan.
• Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Let cake cool in pan for 10 minutes then remove and place on cooling rack. Spoon glaze over cake while it is still warm.
• To Make Glaze: Combine the remaining 1 ounce Galliano, 1 ounce vodka, and 1ounce orange juice with the confectioner's sugar and blend until smooth. Spoon glaze over warm cake.

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350°. Grease and flour a 10-inch tube pan., In a large bowl, combine the first 7 ingredients; beat on low speed 30 seconds. Beat on medium 2 minutes. Transfer batter to prepared pan., Bake until top springs back when lightly touched, 45-50 minutes. Cool in pan 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely. , In a small bowl, mix glaze ingredients until smooth. Pour over cake. If desired, top with white sprinkles and serve with segmented citrus fruit.

ORANGE HARVEY WALLBANGER VODKA CAKE

Steps:

• Put all ingredients given in a large bowl.Blend all at low speed electric mixer until all are moistened, about 30 seconds.Or 300 vigorous strokes by hand. Scrape bowl and beaters. Beat 2 mikinutes longer at med speed. Pour into a greased and floured 10 inch tube or Bunt pan. Bake in a pre-heated 350 oven. Bake for 45-55 minutes. Until golden and a tester inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool cake in pan on a rack 10 minutes.
