Air Fryer Pork Roast image

Air fryer pork roast with a dry rub turns out incredible! Tender perfectly cooked meat on the inside with a crispy sear on the outside.

3 lbs pork roast
steak dry rub (click on link for this recipe, or use your own dry mix)

Steps:

  • Use paper towels to pat roast dry. Mix together dry ingredients or seasonings of choice and rub all over outside. Then put a second layer of dry rub on. Lift up and allow excess to fall off.
  • Preheat air fryer to 300 degrees F for 5 minutes. Spray basket with non stick spray and lay inside.
  • Cook for 35-40 minutes for a 3 lb piece. Check temperature at thickest part to ensure it has reached a safe 145 degrees F inside.
  • Remove and cover, allow to sit and rest for 15 minutes before slicing.

1/4 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
6 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon each minced fresh basil, rosemary and sage
1 tablespoon ground mustard
1 pork loin roast (3-1/2 pounds)
8 green onions, chopped
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup brown gravy mix
2-1/2 cups beef broth
1-1/4 cups sour cream
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish

Steps:

  • Preheat air fryer to 325°. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, garlic, herbs and mustard; rub over roast. Place in greased air fryer. Cook until a thermometer inserted in pork reads 145°, 50-70 minutes. Remove roast from air fryer; tent with foil. Let stand 15 minutes before slicing. , Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, saute onions in butter until tender. Combine gravy mix and broth until smooth; stir into pan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cook and stir until thickened. Stir in sour cream and horseradish; heat through (do not boil). Serve with pork.
