SPICY TURKEY, GREEN BEAN, AND MUSHROOM STIRFRY
This Spicy Turkey, Green Bean, and Mushroom Stirfry with a homemade stirfry sauce is full of flavor, healthy, and also works for Whole30, Paleo, and Keto diets.

Steps:
- Heat the sesame oil over medium high heat. Add the green beans and mushrooms. Cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring often, until just tender crisp. Remove and set aside.
- Add the turkey to the pan and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned. Add the garlic, chili paste, ginger, and Chinese 5 spice. Cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir together the chicken broth, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and cornstarch.
- Add the green beans and mushrooms back to the turkey along with the soy sauce mixture. Cook for 3-4 minutes on high until sauce thickens.

- Whisk soy sauce, sugar, and cornstarch together in a bowl until smooth; stir turkey into cornstarch mixture and set aside for 15 minutes to marinate.
- Heat a large skillet over high heat and pour vegetable oil into the hot skillet, coating the bottom. Stir broccoli and carrots into the hot oil to combine; pour chicken broth into the vegetables and cover skillet. Cook until carrots start to become tender, about 2 minutes.

- In a small bowl, whisk together rice vinegar, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, and brown sugar until well combined; set aside.
- Spray a large frying pan with nonstick cooking spray and place on the stove top over medium-high heat.
- Add ground turkey and minced garlic to the pan.
- Sprinkle the garlic salt, pepper, and onion salt over the meat.
- Add half of the liquid mixture to the pan so the juices cook in with the meat.
- Cook the meat, breaking it up, for about 15 minutes or until fully cooked through.
- Set the meat aside, and place the green beans and mushrooms into the pan and drizzle the olive oil over it.
- Cook until the mushrooms are a shiny brown and the green beans soften and reach desired tenderness.
- Add the meat back into the pan and pour the rest of the liquid mixture over the meat, mushrooms and beans.
- Cook until the juice is well incorporated.
- Serve over cooked rice.
