MINI PIZZA MEATLOAVES
These Mini Pizza Meatloaves are a fun twist on traditional meatloaf! They're made pizza style, and each one comes in at under 150 calories each thanks to ground turkey!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray the cups of a regular sized muffin pan with cooking spray and set aside.
- Combine all of the meatloaf ingredients in a medium sized bowl and mix well with your hands. Divide the mixture evenly among the muffin cups.
- Combine all of the sauce ingredients in a small bowl and stir to combine. Evenly spread over the top of each meatloaf, about 1 tablespoon each.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until meat is fully cooked. Remove from the oven and evenly top each meatloaf with the parmesan and mozzarella, then sprinkle with mini pepperonis, about 4 per meatloaf. Switch the oven to broil and return the pan to the oven for 2-4 more minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly (keep an eye on them so they don't burn!). Enjoy!

- In a large bowl, beat eggs. Add 3/4 cup of pizza sauce, cheese, bread crumbs, garlic salt and pepper; mix well. Combine beef and sausage; add to egg mixture and mix well. Press into a 9x5-in. loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 1-1/4 hours. Drain. Spoon remaining pizza sauce over meat loaf; bake 15 minutes longer or until no pink remains. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.

My mom used to make this often when we were growing up. We all loved it for dinner and for sandwiches with leftovers the next day - if there were any leftovers!

- Blend soup, water and oregano in a small bowl.
- In a large bowl, combine 1/4 cup soup mixture, bread crumbs, onion, parsley, egg and ground beef. Mix well.
- Shape into a loaf and place in a shallow baking pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours.
- Remove from oven and spoon fat from pan. Pour remaining soup mixture over meatloaf. Top with cheese slices. Return to the oven and bake for 5-8 more minutes, until cheese begins to melt.

- Mix eggs, 3/4 cup pizza sauce, crumbs, parmesan, half the mozzarella, onion, green pepper, salt, oregano, and pepper.
- Add beef; mix well.
- Pat into a greased 8x8 baking pan.

- Drain.
- Spread remaining pizza sauce on top, bake another 10 minutes.

- Cut two 25x3-in. strips of heavy-duty foil; crisscross so they resemble an X. Place strips on bottom and up sides of a 5-qt. slow cooker. Coat strips with cooking spray., Combine the first 6 ingredients. Crumble beef over mixture and mix lightly but thoroughly. Shape into a round loaf; place in center of strips in slow cooker.
