- You can use this recipe for any low pectin fruit eg.
- Saskatoons, blueberry, elderberry, raspberry, blackberry or May-apple.
- Cook 1 1/2 cups of RIPE mulberries[unripe fruit is toxic- see about Red mulberry], mash and drain through a fine sieve or jelly bag to obtain the juice: about 2/3 cup yield.
- Mix juice with sugar and butter and cook over low heat until sugar dissolves.
- bring to a boil on medium and boil WITHOUT stirring until soft-ball candy stage- 240 Deg F.
- Remove from heat; cool until lukewarm and beat with a wooden spoon until mixture looses its gloss.
- Press into a buttered pan and cut into squares before the candy hardens.
- Keep in a tightly covered dish or freeze because this candy hardens when exposed to the air.

- Prepare base: In a bowl, blend butter and brown sugar. Beat in milk, flour, and salt. Mix well.
- Spread mixture over bottom of a greased 13 X 9 pan. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a bowl, beat eggs. Stir in remaining topping ingredients.
- When baked layer is done, spread topping mixture over it. Return to oven to continue baking for 20 minutes longer.
- Mark into squares or bars while still warm. When thoroughly cooled, remove from pan.

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).Grease 6 jumbo muffin cups or line with paper muffin liners.
- Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt. In a medium bowl, mix together sour cream, milk, applesauce, egg and almond extract. Stir in flour mixture until batter is smooth. Fold in mulberries. Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups.
- Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of a muffin comes out clean.

- Heat oven to 350°F Grease 9x13 pan.
- Combine first 5 ingredients.
- Add margarine and mix until crumbly.Reserve 1 C of mixture for topping.
- Press remaining mixture onto bottom of prepared pan.
- Bake 10 minutes. Cool.
- Top with nuts, then chocolate chips.
- In medium saucepan, melt caramels with the water over low heat. Stir until Smooth.
- Remove from heat.
- Drizzle caramel over chocolate pcs to within 1/4" of pan edge.
- Sprinkle with reserved oat mixture.
- Continue baking 15-18 minutes. Cool.
- Chil until chocolate is set. Cut into bars.

- Heat oven to 375°F. Grease cookie sheets. In large bowl, combine butter and cream cheese; beat until smooth. Add sweetened condensed milk and egg; blend well.
- Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off. Add flour and brownie mix; mix well. (Reserve enclosed chocolate-flavored syrup packet for topping.) Stir in pecans, coconut and chocolate chips. Drop dough by heaping tablespoonfuls 1 inch apart onto greased cookie sheets.
