3 tablespoons ground coffee or 3 tablespoons espresso, dark roast
1/2 cup cold water
2 cups ice cubes
1/2 cup fresh raspberry
1/3 cup chocolate syrup
3 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup milk

Steps:

  • Place paper filter in brew basket along with ground coffee / espresso. Add cold water to fill line.
  • Place ingredients into blender jar in this order:.
  • ice cubes
  • raspberries
  • chocolate syrup.
  • sugar.
  • vanilla extract.
  • milk.
  • Secure blending jar lid and rotate into locked position.
  • Secure blending jar onto base and lock.
  • Plug in appliance and push power button. When red button flashes, press the Frappe button. When automatic blending cycle is complete, the green light will turn off. If additional blending is desired, press and hold the BLEND button for the desired amount of time.

  • Place Eagle Brand, coffee, milk and syrup in blender container; blend until smooth.
  • Serve over crushed ice. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate, or as desired.

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup milk

Steps:

  • Brew coffee according to your coffee machines directions.
  • Blend ingredients in blender, longer as necessary for larger pieces of ice.

1 tablespoon boiling water
2 teaspoons instant coffee granules
2-1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon, divided
1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
6 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
2 tablespoons butter, softened
3 tablespoons sugar

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, combine the water, coffee and 1 teaspoon cinnamon; set aside. In a small saucepan, bring cream just to a boil. Remove from the heat; whisk in chocolate and butter until smooth. Stir in coffee mixture. Press plastic wrap onto surface. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until easy to handle., In a small bowl, combine sugar and remaining cinnamon.
