MOM'S APPLE CRUNCH
I've been making this recipe for over 20 years! The autumn season just wouldn't be the same without it. A generous scoop of this dessert with vanilla ice cream on top is a heavenly delight. Peaches can used instead of apples. Either way, a favorite with our family.

MOTHER'S APPLE CRUNCH
The three other Apple Crunch recipes are somewhat similar, but this is our family version. We don't use brown sugar, there is no crust (as in the apple crumb pies), and we mix it a little differently. This also had it's beginnings in a church cookbook. We serve it warm (hot) from the oven, with either ice cream on top, or a lot of milk.

- Sprinkle your pinch of salt over the apples and then coat your apples with the tablespoon of cinnamon. Just enough to make them look more brown than white.
