- 1. Mix the milk with the sugar until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- 2. Put the milk mixture in the freezer until VERY cold but not frozen. About 30 minutes.
- 3. Take milk out of freezer and add ice to milk.
- 4. Slowly add orange juice to milk while stirring constantly. Serve immediately.
- 5. The trick to keeping the milk from "curdling" is making sure the ingredients are very cold.

- Pour the orange juice in a large measuring cup. Add a few ice cubes, just enough to get the juice to be ice cold.
- Combine the evaporated milk, condensed milk and vanilla extract in a large separate pitcher or bowl (a bowl with a spout helps). Whisk the milk and vanilla until the condensed milk is evenly dispersed.
- Add the fresh orange juice to the milk mixture in a slow and steady stream but make sure to whisk very quickly to prevent the milk from curdling. Whisk until the ingredients are just combined.
- Add a squeeze of fresh lime juice (I squeeze 1-2 wedges). Stir one last time and serve immediately over ice. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
