Betty Crocker™ brownie mix and frosting come together in this bar to create a mouth-watering dessert - perfect to serve a bunch.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan). Grease bottom of 9-inch square pan with shortening or cooking spray.
- Make and bake brownies as directed on box for cakelike brownies. Cool completely on cooling rack, about 1 1/2 hours.
- In medium bowl, stir together frosting, marshmallow creme, mint extract and food color until well blended. Spread over cooled brownies. Sprinkle with cookies; press in slightly. Cut into 4 rows by 4 rows.

MINT OREO COOKIE BROWNIE BARS
Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray. In medium bowl, stir together marshmallow creme, mint extract and 4 drops of the food color until light green.
- 2. In large bowl, make brownie mix as directed on box, using water, oil, and eggs. Spread batter in pan. Drop 4 or 5 large tablespoonfuls of marshmallow mixture onto batter (reserve remaining marshmallow mixture). Gently pull table knife through marshmallow mixture and batter in S-shaped curves in continuous motion for marbled design. Spread evenly in pan.
- 3. Bake 25 to 28 minutes or until set. Cool completely, about 1 hour.
- 4. In small microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate chips on High 30 seconds; stir. Microwave 30 seconds longer; stir until smooth. Stir melted chips and frosting into remaining marshmallow mixture. Stir in remaining 4 drops food color until light green; spread over cooled bars. Sprinkle with cookies; press in slightly. Cut into bars.

- To make the brownies, preheat oven to 350 F. Grease and flour a 9 x 13 inch pan. Melt the butter in a large microwave safe bowl. Whisk in the oil, sugar, eggs, vanilla and mint extracts. Beat in the cocoa, flour, salt and baking powder. Spread half the batter into the prepared pan, layer on 24 whole mint oreos and spread the second half of the batter on half. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out with a few crumbs. Let cool completely.
- To make the mint buttercream layer, beat the butter in a stand mixer for 1-2 minutes, beat in the powdered sugar. Add enough of the milk or cream to be a spreadable consistency and the mint extract to your tastes. Spread on top of cooled brownies.
- to make the fudge drizzle, melt the butter in a medium microwave safe bowl. Stir in the cocoa powder, corn syrup, powdered sugar, and enough milk or heavy cream to make a smooth consistency. Microwave to 20 seconds and stir. Drizzle on top of cooled brownies. I put mine into a ziploc bag and cut the corner off for a more controlled drizzle. Let cool and cut into bars.
