  • Rub top of meat with spices & tenderizer.
  • Place Soups on top of meat.

½ cup water

  • Place the London broil in a slow cooker; add the garlic, mushroom soup, water, basil, oregano, and salt; cover; cook on low 6 to 7 hours.

1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup

  • Brown london broil and place on top of soup.
  • Chop onions and place on top of meat.
