Ingredients

1 tbsp. Jif® Creamy Peanut Butter
1 tbsp. honey
1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 bananas
Lemon juice
Mixed greens
2 tbsps. chopped peanuts

Steps:

MIX together peanut butter, honey and mayonnaise in a small bowl, until well blended.
PEEL and slice bananas. Dip into lemon juice. Blot excess lemon juice with paper towel. Divide lettuce and bananas on two plates. Dollop salads with dressing. Sprinkle with nuts. Serve immediately.

1 egg, beaten
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 lb Spanish peanut
6 -8 large bananas, sliced

Steps:

Over low-medium heat, cook the egg, sugar, vinegar, water and butter until thickened, stirring constantly.
Layer in serving bowl, alternating bananas, nuts and sauce.
Cool.

1/3 cup honey
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon, zest of
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1 lb banana, cut into 1/2 inch-thick slices
1 lb apple, cut into 1/2 inch chunks (fuji or granny smith are best)
2 stalks celery, cut into 1/2 inch slices
2/3 cup dry roasted peanuts, coarsely chopped (if you are allergic to peanuts or prefer a different nut, you can substitute)

Steps:

In a large bowl, whisk together the honey, lemon zest and juice, salt, ginger and nutmeg.
Add the bananas, apples, celery and peanuts; toss and serve.

1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 can evaporated milk
3 -4 bananas, sliced
1 cup Spanish peanut

Steps:

In top of a double boiler mix except bananas and peanuts.
Mix well and cook until thick.
Cool.
Alternate layers of bananas, dressing and peanuts.

4 cups chopped lettuce
1/4 cup Miracle Whip
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup milk (YOU MAY USE MORE IF NEEDED FOR THINNING)
2 -3 teaspoons sugar (USE MORE OR LESS FOR YOUR TASTE)
2 -3 bananas, halved and sliced

Steps:

Combine chopped lettuce and sliced bananas in a large bowl.
in another bowl combine mayo, miracle whip, milk and sugar, using whisk to get out any lumps.
NOTE: MIXTURE WILL THICKEN UPON MIXING BUT WILL COAT NICELY.
combine mayo mixture to lettuce mixture and toss to coat-- serve and enjoy!

1(8oz) - carton cool whip
1 or 2 T. - miracle whip salad dressing
1 can - crushed peanuts (without the skins)
3 or 4 - bananas

Steps:

Combine Cool Whip and Miracle Whip in a bowl. Slice bananas. Line bottom of bowl with some sliced bananas. Cover with a layer of cool whip mixture, then some peanuts.Repeat this process until bowl or dish is full. End with cool whip and nuts on top. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

4 bananas
4 tablespoons peanut butter (more if you like)
2 teaspoons mayonnaise
shredded coconut (to garnish)
4 lettuce leaves

Steps:

Slice bananas in half lengthwise.
Spread peanut butter on 4 of the banana halves than put the top back on, like a sandwich.
Place the lettuce leaves on 4 salad plates and put the banana/peanut butter "sandwich" on top of the lettuce.
Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on top of the banana.
Sprinkle with coconut.
