- In a cocktail shaker with ice cubes, add 1 part pineapple juice, 1 part vanilla vodka, splash of Chambord and a splash of butterscotch Schnapps.
- Shake and pour into martini glass.

Steps:
- In a small nonreactive saucepan, boil gin and vermouth over high heat until liquid is reduced to 1 tablespoon, 2-4 minutes.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool.
- In a food processor or blender, combine the gin mixture, olives, butter, lemon zest and cayenne. Process until olives are minced and mixture is well blended.
- Martini butter can be stored several days in the refrigerator or weeks in the freezer.

- Fill a shaker three-fourths full with ice. Add the creme de cacao, vodka and schnapps., Cover and shake until condensation forms on outside of shaker, 10-15 seconds. Divide chocolate chips between 2 chilled cocktail glasses; strain butterscotch mixture over chips. If desired, garnish with butterscotch candies.
