MARLIN LEVERGUN STOCKS - TREEBONE CARVING
Web Treebone Silhouette rifle, Marlin 1894 .44-40 A vintage model 36 by Mark Meccage of Montana. The 36 was a transition model, and I have encountered a couple variations on the tangs. Some will use the same stock as a 336, as shown, some do not. If your model 36 has the same tangs as a 336, no problem, if not, then my stocks will not work.

SYTHETIC OR WOOD STOCK/FOREND OPTIONS FOR MARLIN 1895 STP?
Web Oct 25, 2010 I have a Marlin 1895 guide gun, STP, 16" barrel, pistol grip laminated stock. I'm looking for stock/foreend options, besides the Wild West guns. My first concern is that the foreend is too wide and I'd like something narrower. If I could find a matching grey laminted foreend from a different Marlin model that was narrower, that would be great.

LOOKING FOR SYNTHETIC STOCK & FOREARM FOR MARLIN 1894 - AR15.COM
Web Mar 3, 2014 I have an MPI fiberglass stock set on 1894C. It is marketed for an 1895 but it fits the 94's too. Total cost was not cheap, around ~$330 unfinished and unfitted. It would be cheaper to by a replacement wood set for sure, but I had my heart set on synthetic for the weight and moisture resistance. Overall, I'm reall happy with mine.

SYNTHETIC STOCK REPLACEMENT | MARLIN FIREARMS FORUM
Web Mar 21, 2021 Im dizzy. I purchased a used 336 at a gun show 5 years ago and it had a black synthetic stock set. I think I paid $300. I got creative and drilled a hole in the buttstock, and carefully epoxied in a Marlin Bullseye, with slow patient sanding, using lots of tape to protect the stock, it came out looking damn good.
