If you love cheesecake as much as I do, you will looove this! May also be topped with cherry or blueberry pie filling that you can buy at your local grocery store.

Number Of Ingredients 8

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons white sugar
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust

Steps:

  • Combine cream cheese, eggs, 1 cup sugar, and 1 teaspoon vanilla in the bowl of an electric mixer. Mix on low speed until smooth. Pour filling into graham cracker crust.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 35 minutes. Remove pie from oven. Raise oven temperature to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
  • In a small bowl, blend sour cream, 2 tablespoons sugar, and 1/4 teaspoon vanilla together. Gently spread mixture over pie.
  • Bake for five minutes before serving.

I have made this pie a few times. It is a recipe from a low fat cook book. It is really yummy for being low fat. If you are watching your weight. This is a n easy dessert to make. It is very satisfying. My family enjoys this even when not dieting.

1 c low fat sour cream
6 oz cream cheese
1 pkg sugar free vanilla instant pudding
1 ready made graham crust reduced fat
1 any flavor light pie filling
1/4 c skim milk

Steps:

  • 1. In a food processor or blender. Blend the cream cheese, milk, and sour cream. Pour into bowl. Mix in pudding . mix well.
  • 2. Pour into crust. Smooth cheese mixture.
  • 3. Top the pie with fruit filling. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or more before serving.

2/3 cup plus 3 tablespoons sugar, divided
1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract, divided
3/4 cup egg substitute
1 cup fat-free sour cream
1 cup reduced-sugar cherry pie filling

Steps:

  • In a bowl, beat cream cheese, 2/3 cup sugar and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla until fluffy. Gradually add egg substitute; beat until smooth. Pour into a 9-in. pie plate that has been coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes or until puffy and light brown around the edges. Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes. , Meanwhile, combine sour cream and remaining sugar and vanilla. Spread over cheesecake. Bake 15 minutes longer. Cool completely on a wire rack. Refrigerate. , Before serving, top each serving with 2 tablespoons cherry pie filling.

4 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup Splenda sugar substitute
1/2 cup Splenda sugar substitute
1 teaspoon vanilla
10 ounces cream cheese
2 eggs
1 pint sour cream
2 tablespoons Splenda sugar substitute
1 teaspoon vanilla

Steps:

  • Melt butter. Mix together hazelnuts, butter and splenda. Press mixture into a pie plate. Bake at 350 for 5 minute.
  • Cream filling and pour into crust. Bake 20 minutes at 350.
  • Cool pie.
  • Beat ingredients for topping, spread on top of pie and bake for 5 min at 400.
  • Cool completely before serving.

Nonstick vegetable oil spray
1 3/4 cups low-fat granola
1/2 cup blanched slivered almonds (about 2 ounces)
1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon orange juice
1 tablespoon honey
Filling
1/2 cup orange juice
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1 16-ounce container nonfat cottage cheese
4 ounces nonfat cream cheese, room temperature
1/4 cup canned evaporated skim milk
3 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
4 oranges
1/4 cup apricot preserves
1 tablespoon sliced almonds, toasted

Steps:

  • For Crust:
  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray 9-inch-diameter springform pan with nonstick vegetable oil spray. Coarsely grind granola and blanched slivered almonds in processor. Transfer mixture to medium bowl. Stir in orange juice and honey. Press mixture onto bottom of prepared springform pan. Bake until crust is set and beginning to color, about 10 minutes. Transfer springform pan to rack and cool crust completely.
  • For Filling:
  • Stir orange juice and gelatin in heavy small saucepan over low heat until gelatin dissolves, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Puree cottage cheese, cream cheese, evaporated milk, sugar, honey and almond extract in blender until very smooth. Transfer to large bowl. Stir in gelatin mixture. Pour filling into crust. Cover and refrigerate overnight. (Cheese pie can be prepared 1 day ahead. Keep refrigerated.)
  • Cut peel and white pith from oranges. Cut oranges crosswise into 1/4-inch-thick rounds. Cut each round in half. Drain orange pieces on several layers of paper towels. Arrange oranges decoratively over top of cheese pie. Stir apricot preserves in heavy small saucepan over low heat until melted. Brush oranges with apricot glaze. Sprinkle pie with almonds and serve.

1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk, divided
2 pkg (8 oz. each) low fat cream cheese
2 tsp almond extract
1 can (21 oz.) cherry pie filling & topping
2 boxes (4 - 4 1/2 cup serving size each) no sugar/no fat vanilla pudding & pie filling
1/2 cup 2% milk
2 9- in ch graham cracker pie shells

Steps:

  • 1. In a bowl cream together 1/2 of the evaporated milk and the cream cheese and the almond extract.
  • 2. In another bowl or a blender (I prefer a blender on puree) mix together the cherries and the rest of the evaporated milk, until light and airy. Add the cherry mixture to the cream cheese mixture (mixing a low speed increasing speed until well mixed.)
  • 3. Slowly add the 2 boxes of vanilla pudding using the 2% milk to keep a consistency that will be light and fluffy. (Usually mix another 2 minutes.)
  • 4. Add to pie shells, refrigerate at least 4 hours, and then serve with favorite topping.
