Ingredients

3 pounds beef stew meat
1 units onion
1 units green pepper
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoons oregano
2 tablespoons cumin
2 teaspoons salt
4 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoons pepper
1 teaspoons black pepper
2 cups water
28 ounces tomatoes
2 units bay leaves
1 cans pinto beans
1 drops red hot sauce

Steps:

Brown beef, onions, and peppers in large Dutch oven. Add garlic, oregano, cumin, salt, chili powder, red pepper, and black pepper. Pour in water and crushed tomatoes. Bring to a boil.
Add bay leaves on top. Reduce heat and simmer on low heat for 1 and a half hours covered. Remove bay leaves.
Add pinto beans and cook an additional half hour. Add more water if need of thinning.
