This light version of a family favorite is still fun for the neighborhood goblins to make--and eat!

3 ¼ cups cold fat-free milk
2 pkg. (4 serving size) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Fat Free Sugar Free Instant Reduced Calorie Pudding & Pie Filling
1 (8 ounce) tub COOL WHIP FREE Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
1 (6.5 ounce) package SNACKWELL'S Reduced Fat Chocolate Sandwich Cookies, crushed, divided
30 piece (blank)s miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Pour milk into large bowl. Add dry pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes or until well blended. Gently stir in half each of the whipped topping and cookie crumbs.
  • Spoon 1 tablespoon of the remaining cookie crumbs into each of 15 individual cups; top evenly with layers of the pudding mixture and remaining cookie crumbs.
  • Drop remaining whipped topping by spoonfuls onto desserts to resemble ghosts. Add chocolate chips for the eyes. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Watch the ghosts disappear! Store leftover desserts in refrigerator.

3 1/4 cups cold milk
2 (3 1/2 ounce) packages chocolate flavor instant pudding and pie filling mix
1 (8 ounce) container whipped topping, thawed, divided
20 Oreo cookies, crushed, divided
30 miniature semisweet chocolate chips

Steps:

  • POUR milk into large bowl.
  • Add dry pudding mixes.
  • Beat with wire whisk 2 minute or until well blended.
  • Gently stir in half each of the whipped topping and cookie crumbs.
  • SPOON 1 tablespoons of the remaining cookie crumbs into each of 15 (6-oz.) paper or plastic cups (clear is better so you can see the layers). Cover evenly with layers of the pudding mixture and remaining cookie crumbs.
  • DROP remaining whipped topping by spoonfuls onto desserts to resemble ghosts.
  • Add chocolate chips for the eyes.
  • Serve immediately. Or, refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Cover and store leftover desserts in refrigerator.

  • Melt 1 cup chocolate chips in a double boiler or microwave. Pour melted chocolate evenly throughout each silicone liner, spreading chocolate flat in each silicone liner. Place in the fridge to harden for 5 minutes.
  • Melt coconut butter in doubler boiler or microwave. Once chocolate has hardened, pour coconut butter evenly on top of the chocolate and onto the sides of the liner. Place in the freezer to harden for 10 minutes.
  • While the coconut butter hardens, melt the second cup of chocolate chips. Place the yogurt covered pretzels on a plate then use a toothpick to dip into the chocolate then place a small amount of chocolate onto the back of the chocolate chip the press that side into the oval opening of the pretzel, then repeat on the other side to create two eyes. Repeat with all pretzels.
