Steps:
- Soak the gelatin in the cold water for 3 minutes. Add the hot water and stir until the gelatin is dissolved. Add the juice and sugar and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Refrigerate until set, about 3 hours, or longer.

I believe this recipe came from the Taste of Home magazine a few years ago. I have made this for many occasions and everyone raves over it. Very easy to prepare and make aheads are always great!

- Chill until partially set.
- Fold in whipped topping.
