1/2 cup LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
4 small beef t-bone steaks (2 lb.), 1 inch thick

Steps:

  • Pour Worcestershire sauce over steaks in shallow dish; turn to evenly coat both sides of steaks with sauce.
  • Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate, turning steaks after 15 min.
  • Heat grill to medium heat. Remove steaks from marinade; discard marinade.
  • Grill steaks 7 to 8 min. on each side or until medium doneness (160°F).

1 cup prepared GOOD SEASONS Italian Dressing Mix
2 tsp. LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
1 beef sirloin steak (1 lb.), 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick
8 cups torn spinach
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 large tomato, cut into wedges
1/2 cup thin red onion rings

Steps:

  • Mix dressing and Worcestershire sauce. Pour 1/2 cup of the dressing mixture over steak in shallow dish; cover. Refrigerate at least 1 hour to marinate. Drain steak; discard marinade.
  • Preheat greased grill to medium heat. Grill steak, 5 to 6 min. on each side or until desired doneness (medium 160°F). Cut steak across grain into thin slices.
  • Toss spinach, mushrooms, tomato and onion with remaining 1/2 cup dressing mixture. Top with steak slices.

1/3 cup olive oil
2 Tbsp. HEINZ Apple Cider Vinegar
4-1/2 tsp. LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
1-1/2 tsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
1/4 tsp. sugar
1 clove garlic, minced
2 boneless beef strip steaks (1 lb.)
8 cups tightly packed torn salad greens

Steps:

  • Whisk all ingredients except steaks and salad greens until blended. Pour 3 Tbsp. oil mixture over steaks in shallow dish. Refrigerate 30 min., turning steaks after 15 min.
  • Heat grill to medium-high heat. Grill steaks 4 to 6 min. on each side or until medium doneness (160°F). Remove from grill; cover loosely with foil. Let stand 5 min.
  • Cut steaks across the grain into thin strips. Place salad greens on 4 plates; top with meat. Drizzle with remaining oil mixture.

1 cup plain breadcrumbs
1/3 cup onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup ketchup

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
  • In 13 x 9" baking or roasting pan, shape into a loaf. SPrinkle top with additional Worcestershire sauce.
