- Pour Worcestershire sauce over steaks in shallow dish; turn to evenly coat both sides of steaks with sauce.
- Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate, turning steaks after 15 min.

- Grill steaks 7 to 8 min. on each side or until medium doneness (160°F).

- Mix dressing and Worcestershire sauce. Pour 1/2 cup of the dressing mixture over steak in shallow dish; cover. Refrigerate at least 1 hour to marinate. Drain steak; discard marinade.
- Preheat greased grill to medium heat. Grill steak, 5 to 6 min. on each side or until desired doneness (medium 160°F). Cut steak across grain into thin slices.
- Toss spinach, mushrooms, tomato and onion with remaining 1/2 cup dressing mixture. Top with steak slices.

- Whisk all ingredients except steaks and salad greens until blended. Pour 3 Tbsp. oil mixture over steaks in shallow dish. Refrigerate 30 min., turning steaks after 15 min.
- Heat grill to medium-high heat. Grill steaks 4 to 6 min. on each side or until medium doneness (160°F). Remove from grill; cover loosely with foil. Let stand 5 min.
- Cut steaks across the grain into thin strips. Place salad greens on 4 plates; top with meat. Drizzle with remaining oil mixture.
