1/2 pound Greek Feta
3 Tbsp Olive Oil
3 garlic cloves (peeled)
1 tbsp fresh mint
1/3 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1 roasted red pepper (skin peeled)
Salt and pepper to taste
Sliced Cucumber
Radishes (halved)
Celery
Cherry Tomatoes
Mini Bell Peppers
Small carrots
Snap Peas

Steps:

  • Combine all the ingredients into a food processor and blend together until mostly smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning for red pepper flakes. Add salt and pepper if needed

Simple and super-tasty appetizer -- especially if you use jarred roasted red pepper! From whatsgabycooking.com (I went to Middle and High School with her aunt!). The website suggests serving it with toasted pita chips or celery, but crackers work just fine!

10 ounces feta
2 roasted red peppers, skin peeled
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
salt, to taste

Steps:

  • Add the feta, roasted red bell pepper, olive oil, garlic, Tabasco, and red pepper flakes to a food processor.
  • Pulse for about 60 seconds and taste.
  • Season with salt as needed.

Steps:

  • 1. Place ingredients in food processor and pulse on and off for 2-4 minutes, until smooth and creamy. Serve as a dip with toasted pita ( great as a topper and sandwich's )
