I make this dip a lot ,it can be made in a jiffy .It is another recipe that was given to me by my Mom...As I go through my recipes,I am supprised at how many came from her over the years...No matter where I take this dip ,I come home with a empty crock pot..I often double or triple it ..Serve with corn chips or tortilla chips.I...

Ingredients

1- roll jimmy dean regular sausage
1-10 oz can rotel (original )
1-8 oz pkg. of cream cheese (room temperature)

Steps:

1. Brown sausage in a sauce pan on medium heat.Add the Rotel tomatoes and package of cream cheese.Continue on medium heat ,mix well making sure that cream cheese is melted..
2. I put mine in a small crock pot on warm or low till ready to serve.....Serve with tortilla chips or large dipping corn chips..

Ingredients

1 pound(s) jimmy dean maple ground sausage roll
1 jar(s) small, any brand of salsa you prefer
- block of velveeta, cubed

Steps:

Fry sausage. Drain grease & set aside.
Cut off how ever much of Velveeta you prefer & cube. I usually buy the big block & use about 1/2 of it. You can use more or less depending on your taste preferences (& # of guests served).
Put in microwave-safe bowl & microwave until melted smooth, stirring occasionally. Add sausage & rotel dip, mix well & enjoy!

Steps:

Mix ingredients in microwaveable bowl.
Microwave on HIGH 5 minutes or until VELVEETA is completely melted, stirring after 3 minutes.
