JALAPENO POPPER WONTON CUPS
These Jalapeño Popper Wonton Cups are loaded with bacon, jalapeños, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and sour cream....all in a crispy wonton shell! The perfect party or game day appetizer!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Spray muffin pan with cooking spray.
- Place one wonton wrapper in each muffin cup; bake 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Remove from oven and cool slightly.
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, stir together cream cheese, sour cream, bacon, cheddar cheese, and chopped jalapeños.
- Spoon filling into wonton cups, then sprinkle with reserved bacon and cheese.
- Return to oven and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes, until wontons are golden brown and cheese is melted.

Steps:
- Mix together the cream cheese and jalapeno's in a small bowl.
- Spoon 1 1/2 teasoons of cream cheese in the middle of each wonton wrapper.
- Wipe the edges of the wonton wrappers with water.
- Bring all 4 corners together in the center and seal.
- Spray the bottom of the fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Put as many as your air fryer can hold without over crowding,.
- Spray the tops of the wontons with cooking spray.
- Cook in the air fryer at 400 degrees for 5-10 minutes or until golden brown.

- In a medium bowl, stir together the cream cheese and jalapeno peppers. Arrange wonton wrappers a few at a time on a clean dry surface. Set a cup or small bowl of water nearby. Place about a teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture onto the center of each wrapper. Moisten your fingertip in the bowl of water and trace the edges of the wonton wrappers. Fold into triangles or follow directions on the package for desired shapes. This part can be done ahead of time and refrigerated or frozen.
- Heat the oil in a deep fryer to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). When hot, fry the wontons a few at a time until golden brown, about 2 minutes. Drain on paper towels. Repeat with all of the wontons, then serve with the sweet chili sauce for dipping.

- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place cooked chicken cubes in a food processor. Pulse until chicken resembles crumbs. Add shredded Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese and jalapeno cream cheese. Pulse 2 or 3 times until mixed. If mixture appears dry, add more cream cheese, 1 tablespoon at a time.
- Place a heaping teaspoon of chicken-cheese mixture on the bottom corner of a wonton wrapper. Leave a 1/2 inch border around wonton. Brush the edges with water and fold over opposite corner to form a triangle. Press to seal edges. Repeat for all wontons.
- Place wontons on prepared baking sheet. Spray lightly with cooking spray. Turn; lightly spray other side of wontons with cooking spray.
- Bake in preheated oven until the edges turn brown, 8 or 9 minutes.
- Serve warm with salsa or soy sauce.

- In a medium bowl mix together cream cheese, Monterey jack cheese, jalapeno peppers, garlic and green onions; mix well to combine then season with a little black pepper.
- Fill the wonton wrappers with approximately 1 teaspoon cream cheese mixture.
- Fold wrappers into triangles then press with a moistened fork to seal (or seal edges as desired).
- In a large skillet heat oil over medium-high heat.
- Drop 3-4 wontons in at a time into the oil, and quickly fry, turning once until golden brown.
- Remove to paper towels.

- Heat oil in a large heavy skillet or deep fryer to 360 degrees F (180 degrees C).
- In a small bowl, mix together cream cheese, jalapenos, cheese, paprika, salt, and garlic powder.
- Place 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture into the center of each wonton wrapper. Fold the won ton wrapper over the stuffing to make a triangle or a half moon, depending on the shape of the won ton wrappers you have purchased. Moisten the edges with a little water, and seal. Place prepared won tons under a slightly moist paper towel until ready for frying.
- Add 3 or 4 wontons to the hot oil, and cook until golden brown, turning once. Set aside on paper towels to drain. Repeat until all wontons have been fried. Serve hot.
