CHERRY BOMB JELLO SHOTS
A friend and I were experimenting with cocktails we like to drink as jello shots. We came up with this recipe and served them at our Cinco de Mayo Party. They were a HIT!!! They went down WAY too easy!!! I try to watch my sugar intake, so we used sugar free jello and sugar free red bull!

Steps:
- Mix Jello with 2 cups boiling water. Once disolved set in fridge to cool for 10 minutes. Add red bull and vodka and stir until blended. We use the little paper dixie cups to pour into. Chill until firm and serve.

Steps:
- Bring Red Bull just to a boil, then remove from heat.
- Dissolve Jell-O in heated Red Bull, then add liquors and cold water.
- Pour mixture into ,individual shot-size (1oz-2oz) plastic or paper cups. ****To make the Jello easier to consume, buy plastic cups that also have lids. Pour the mix into the cup, add the lid, then turn it upside down prior to refrigeration.
- Place shots on a tray in refrigerator (not the freezer). Chill until firm (approximately 2-4 hours). Refrigerate until served.

Steps:
- Heat the whole can of Red Bull until boiling. Dissolve orange jello for two minutes or until completely dissolved.
- Slowly add water, vodka and Jagermeister, stir until combined.
- Pour into little plastic cups, cover with lids and place in fridge until set.
- I usually make them and have them set overnight so that the flavors can mingle together.
- You can get the little plastic cups at the liquor store or a restaurant supply company.

- Stir and combine Jagermeister and cherry limeade. Pour half of mixture into a small saucepan and sprinkle 1 envelope of gelatin on top. Set aside for 1- 2 minutes for gelatin to bloom. Place pan over low heat stirring constantly until gelatin has dissolved (mixture will resemble syrup consistency), about 3-5 minutes. Stir in remaining 3/4 cup of mixture until combined. Pour into mold and chill for at least 30 minutes or until slightly set. In the meantime, open beer and pour into a shallow bowl to flatten some of the carbonation while the Jagermeister portion chills.
- Pour half of 1 cup of beer into a small saucepan and sprinkle 2 envelopes of gelatin on top. Set aside for 1- 2 minutes for gelatin to bloom. Place pan over low heat stirring constantly until gelatin has dissolved (mixture will resemble syrup consistency), about 3-5 minutes. Stir in remaining cup of beer until combined. Pour beer mixture over Jagermeister layer and chill for at least 3 hours or until set.
- To remove jelly shots, firmly press finger in the center until jelly shot pulls away from the side walls of mold. Then use an offset icing spatula, gently guide jelly shot out of mold.
