This is a different twist on the everyday BLT. This will please any BLT lover and it's very easy to make. Recipe & photo courtesy of Tasteofhome.com

Number Of Ingredients 9

4 slice bacon, diced
4 slice italian bread (1/2-inch thick)
2 slice provolone cheese
2 lettuce leaves
1 small tomato, sliced
4 tsp italian salad dressing
1/3 c panko bread crumbs
butter-flavored cooking spray
1/2 tsp olive oil

Steps:

  • 1. In a small skillet cook bacon over medium heat until crisp. Layer two bread slices with cheese, bacon, lettuce and tomato; top with remaining bread.
  • 2. Brush outsides of sandwiches with salad dressing. Place bread crumbs in a shallow bowl. Coat sandwiches with bread crumbs, spray with butter-flavored cooking spray.
  • 3. In a large skillet over medium heat, toast sandwiches in oil for 2-3 minutes on each side or until bread is lightly browned. Serve immediately.

4 teaspoons fat-free Italian salad dressing
1/3 cup panko bread crumbs
Butter-flavored cooking spray
1/2 teaspoon olive oil

Steps:

  • In a small skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp.
