- In a small skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp. Layer two bread slices with cheese, bacon, lettuce and tomato; top with remaining bread. , Brush outsides of sandwiches with salad dressing. Place bread crumbs in a shallow bowl. Coat sandwiches with bread crumbs; spray with butter-flavored cooking spray., In a large skillet over medium heat, toast sandwiches in oil for 2-3 minutes on each side or until bread is lightly browned.

- In small bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise and sun-dried tomatoes until well blended. Gently stir in bacon.
- Spread mayonnaise mixture evenly over tortillas. Top each evenly with plum tomatoes and lettuce; roll up tightly. Wrap each tortilla roll in plastic wrap; refrigerate 1 hour.
- To serve, with serrated knife, cut each roll into about 1-inch-thick slices.

- Cut bread diagonally into 8 slices. Arrange slices on baking sheet. Brush slices evenly with italian dressing and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 375 for 6 minutes or until lightly toasted.
- Stir together mayonnaise and mustard in small bowl. Spread mixture on untoasted sides of each piece of bread.
- On four slices layer with salami, mortadella, provolone, lettuce, tomato and bacon. Then top with remaining 4 bread slices mayonnaise side down. Secure with toothpicks if desired.
