1/2 ounce Creme De Menthe
1 ounce Baileys Irish Cream
1/2 ounce Grand Marnier

Steps:

  • Start by pouring the Creme de Menthe into a 2 ounce shot glass.
  • Pour the Irish Cream slowly over the back of a small spoon so that it sits on top of the Cream de Menthe.
  • Pour the Grand Marnier over the spoon slowly to add the top layer to the shot.

3/4 oz Bailey's Irish Cream
3/4 oz Jameson Irish Whiskey

Steps:

  • In a tall, skinny shot glass, first pour the Creme de Menthe. Then, pouring slowly over a barspoon or other small spoon, round side up, add the Bailey's. The Bailey's should float on top of the Creme de Menthe. Repeat the spoon process to pour the Jameson over the Bailey's. If at first you don't succeed, try, try again.

1.0 oz. Bailey's Irish Creme
1.0 oz. Grand Marnier

Steps:

  • Slow pour the Creme de Menthe into the shot glass as your first layer
  • Gently add the Bailey's using a bartender spoon or teaspoon to help guide and assist in the pouring. This is your second layer.
  • Third layer is the Grand Marnier. Using the same bartender spoon or teaspoon, slowly and gently add to the shot glass.

3/4 ounce irish cream
3/4 ounce brandy

Steps:

  • Layer in a pony glass or shot glass in the order given.
  • The secret is to pour slowly, barely dribble the liqueurs into your glass.
  • Start with your first liqueur and pour it into your glass, now take your spoon and place the tip of the spoon very close to your first liqueur, now carefully and slowly pour in your second liqueur over the back of the spoon and into the glass, then your third.
