BOO CUPS
Whip up a batch of Boo Cups to add to the Halloween treat table. Boo Cups are a tasty Halloween-inspired twist on these creamy, chocolatey treats. More ooh than boo, really.

Steps:
- Beat pudding mixes and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min. Stir in half each of the COOL WHIP and cookie crumbs.
- Spoon 1 Tbsp. of the remaining crumbs into each of 15 (6-oz.) plastic cups. Cover with layers of pudding mixture and remaining crumbs.
- Drop remaining COOL WHIP by spoonfuls onto desserts to resemble ghosts. Add chocolate chips for the eyes.

BEEF IN A CUP
A tasty lunch time treat. Great for lunchboxes. I usually double the recipe, as they can be easily reheated in the microwave.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Brown beef, drain off fat.
- Return beef to skillet add ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, chili powder, onion salt, garlic powder and pepper.
- Let simmer 5 minutes.
- Spray muffin tins with Pam*.
- Press biscuits in tin, pressing to cover bottom and sides.
- Spoon about 1/4 cup (approximately) of meat mixture into each biscuit lined cup.
- Top with cheese.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.

- Spoon 1 Tbsp. of the remaining cookie crumbs into each of 15 (6-oz.) paper or plastic cups. Cover evenly with layers of the pudding mixture and remaining cookie crumbs.
- Drop remaining whipped topping by spoonfuls onto desserts to resemble ghosts. Add chocolate chips for the eyes. Serve immediately. Or, refrigerate until ready to serve. Cover and store leftover desserts in refrigerator.
