This impossibly easy ham and Swiss pie is incredibly delicious and easy to make! This savory main-dish pie is best served for breakfast, lunch, or dinner!

1 1/2 cups ham, (diced)
1 cup (4 ounces) Swiss cheese, (shredded)
4 green onions, (thinly sliced)
1/2 cup Bisquick
1 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
2 large eggs

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray a 9-inch pie dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Spread ham (1 1/2 cups), cheese (1 cup), and green onions (4) in the pie dish.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the rest of the ingredients. The mixture won't be completely smooth, don't worry if there are some lumps. Pour mixture into pie dish.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the tip of a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Let pie sit for 5 minutes before serving.

1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz)
4 medium green onions, sliced (1/4 cup)
1 small cooking apple, peeled, chopped (1/2 cup)
1/2 cup Original Bisquick™ mix
1 cup milk
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 eggs

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400°F. Grease bottom and side of 9-inch pie plate with shortening. Sprinkle ham, cheese, onions and apple in pie plate.
  • In medium bowl, stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour over ham mixture.
  • Bake uncovered 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

2 c cut-up fully cooked smoked ham
1 c shredded natural swiss cheese
1/3 c chopped green onions or chopped onion
2 c milk
4 large eggs
1 c bisquick baking mix
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Steps:

  • 1. Heat oven to 400^. Grease a 10-inch pie plate. Sprinkle ham,cheese and onions in plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into pie plate. Bake until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean,35 to 40 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.

1/4 cup butter, cubed
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground mustard
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon dried minced onion
2-1/2 cups cubed fully cooked ham
1 cup frozen peas, thawed
2 hard-boiled large eggs, chopped
Pastry for single-crust pie (8 inches)

Steps:

  • Melt butter in a saucepan; stir in flour, salt, mustard and pepper until smooth. Gradually add milk and onion; bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Stir in ham, peas and eggs. Pour into an ungreased 8-in. square or 11x7-in. baking dish. On a floured surface, roll pastry to fit top of dish; place over filling. Seal and flute edges; cut slits in the top. Bake at 425° for 25 minutes or until crust is golden brown and filling is bubbly.
