HONEY CHIP GRANOLA BARS
I first tried these not-too-sweet bars at my mother-in-law's house. A marshmallow, honey and peanut butter mixture is delicious over crunchy cereal, oats and nuts. Be sure to let the bars cool a bit before pressing the mini chocolate chips on top or they'll melt. -RosAnna Troyer Millersburg, Ohio

CHEWY HONEY GRANOLA BARS
There's sweetness from the honey, chewiness from the raisins, hints of chocolate and cinnamon, and a bit of crunch. To save a few for later, wrap individual bars and place in a resealable freezer container. When you want a satisfying treat on short notice, just grab one and let it thaw for a few minutes. -Tasha Lehman, Williston, Vermont
