How to Make Sparkling Cider image

Save yourself some money with this sparkling cider recipe. It only calls for two ingredients, and takes less than two minutes to make.

1 can frozen apple juice concentrate
1 liter seltzer water (make it yourself in a Soda Stream, or buy a bottle)

Steps:

  • Pour the apple juice concentrate into a pitcher.
  • Add the seltzer, and stir to combine.
  • Serve immediately, or chill for later. Be sure to store your sparkling cider in a sealed container, so it doesn't lose its carbonation.

It's so easy to make your own Homemade Sparkling Cider!

2 cups apple cider
2 Tbsp sugar
1 cup club soda
fresh whole cranberries (optional)

Steps:

  • Mix together the apple juice and sugar and pour into two glasses, then add 1/2 cup club soda to each. Be sure that glasses can hold 1 1/2 cups of liquid, adjust as needed. You want two parts apple cider to one part club soda.
  • Optional: garnish with fresh cranberries.

Steps:

  • Combine the apple cider and whiskey in a small pitcher. Fill the champagne glasses 2/3 up with the cider and whiskey mix. Top each glass with sparkling wine and garnish with a few frozen cranberries.
