Yield 8 Ghosts, 8 serving(s)
Number Of Ingredients 6
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Line 2 large baking pans with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine egg whites and cream of tartar. Using an electric mixer set at high speed, beat until fluffy and slightly stiff, about 3 minutes. Continue mixing with your electric mixer, and gradually add the sugar and Splenda until completely combined. Add the vanilla and continue mixing until blended.
- Using a spatula, transfer all the meringue mixture to a large plastic bag. Squeeze mixture down toward one bottom corner of the bag. Snip that corner off with scissors. (Ta-da! Makeshift piping bag.)
- Pipe mixture onto the parchment paper in ghost-like shapes about 3 inches long. (HG Tip! Do each outline first, and then fill it in.) Use the tip of your piping bag to smooth mixture and make sure the ghost shapes are filled in solidly. Continue until the mixture is gone, making 8 ghosts per baking pan.
- Place 2 mini chips on each ghost for eyes.
- Bake in the oven for 70 minutes. Do not remove meringues afterwards.
- Turn oven off and allow meringues to set in the oven for 1 hour.
- Pull meringues from the parchment paper and chomp away. Just don't eat them all at once!

HG'S GRAB 'N GO BREAKFAST COOKIES - WEIGHT WATCHERS = 2 POINTS
I received a Hungry Girl email today and this was one of the recipes that were featured. Here is what the email said about the recipe: These things are large, fiber-packed, portable, and SOOO DELICIOUS!!!! Make a batch in the PM, and you'll have super-quick b-fasts for the next few AMs! HG Alternative! If you don't feel like whipping out the blender to grind that Fiber One, simply leave the F1 crumbs out of the recipe. Your cookies won't be as high in fiber, but they'll still taste great and clock in with a POINTS. value of 2* each.

Yield 4 cups, 4 serving(s)

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a medium pot, combine milk, half & half, and brown sugar. Bring to medium heat on the stove. Stir and cook until the sugar has dissolved and mixture is hot. Stir in the powdered creamer, blending well. Remove from heat.
- In a large bowl, mix the egg substitute and vanilla extract together. Gradually whisk in the hot milk mixture. Set four 4-ounce baking ramekins or custard cups in a deep baking dish. Evenly distribute the custard mixture into the cups.
- Carefully pour hot water into the baking dish, around the cups, being careful not to splash any water into the custard (or on yourself!). The water should come about halfway up the outsides of the custard cups. Carefully transfer pan to the oven, and bake for about 28 minutes, until custards are set.
- Remove from the oven, allow to cool, and then refrigerate custard cups until completely chilled. Once ready to serve, top each custard cup with 1 teaspoons white sugar. Using a hand-held butane kitchen torch, caramelize the sugar (in other words, blast with fire 'til browned).
