1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
½ cup butter, melted
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 ½ cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup shredded coconut
½ cup white chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
  • Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter together in a bowl until evenly moistened; press into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Pour 1/2 the can sweetened condensed milk over the graham cracker crust. Sprinkle semisweet chocolate chips, walnuts, coconut, and white chocolate chips over the graham cracker crust; gently press chocolate, nuts, and coconuts into the crust. Drizzle remaining 1/2 can of condensed milk over the top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until fragrant and coconut is golden, 25 to 30 minutes. Cool completely before cutting into squares.

2 cups graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup white sugar
½ cup butter, melted
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup flaked coconut
1 cup chopped pecans
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
  • Combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter. Press into the bottom of an 9x9 inch baking pan. Layer the chocolate chips, coconut and pecans over the crumbs. Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the top.
  • Bake at 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) for 25 to 30 minutes. Let cool and cut into squares.

1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup slivered almonds
1 (8 ounce) can condensed milk

Steps:

  • Mix brown sugar, butter and cracker crumbs and press into a square pan.
  • Sprinkle the coconut evenly on top.
  • Sprinkle the chocolate chips even on top of the coconut.
  • Pour the Eagle Brand evenly over top to completely cover.
  • Sprinkle with the slivered almonds.
  • Bake at 400 degrees F. for 15-20 minutes.

4 -6 tablespoons butter, melted (many reviewers prefer the higher amount)
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 cup chopped walnuts or 1 cup nuts, of choice
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup flaked coconut
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Spread melted butter in a 9 x 13 pan.
  • Sprinkle with graham crumbs.
  • Add the nuts, chips and coconut, sprinkling evenly over crumbs.
  • Cover all with condensed milk.
  • Bake for 25 minutes.
  • Allow to cool and cut into squares.

1/2 cup butter (melted)
1 cup pecans (chopped)
3 1/2 ounces flaked coconut
6 Hershey Bars (broken apart)
15 ounces condensed milk

Steps:

  • Pour melted butter into 13X9 baking pan.
  • Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the melted butter.
  • Sprinkle pecan pieces over the graham cracker crumbs.
  • Break up chocolate bars and cover over the pecans.
  • Sprinkle coconut flakes over the chocolate bars.
  • Pour condensed milk over coconut flakes.
  • Bake at 350 F for 25 minutes or slightly brown on top.
  • Cool then cut into bars.
  • Can be stored at room tempeture for up to two weeks.

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325°; lightly grease a 13x9 inch baking pan.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the first 6 ingredients; transfer mixture to the prepared pan; pat down evenly with your hands.
  • Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the top to cover, using a spatula to spread if necessary.

This is a jello salad recipe that my mother made for special occasions for as long as I can remember. We always looked forward to this every Thanksgiving or Christmas.

1 (3 ounce) package strawberry gelatin
1 (3 ounce) package tropical punch gelatin
60 miniature marshmallows
2 cups boiling water
1 cup cold water
2 lbs crushed pineapple, drained well & reserve juice
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs, beaten well
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1/4 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 cup pecans, chopped

Steps:

  • Dissolve jellos & miniature marshmallows in the boiling water.
  • When dissolved add the cold water.
  • Add the drained pineapple & sliced bananas & pour into 13 x 9 glass serving dish.
  • Place in refrigerator until set.
  • To make topping: in medium sauce pan, stir in the 2 T flour to the 1/2 c sugar & add to the reserved juice.
  • Add the beaten egg and cook over medium heat stirring constantly until thickened.
  • Cool completely and fold into the thawed Cool Whip.
  • Spread over the top of the set jello and sprinkle the grated cheese & chopped pecans on the top.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
